EagleRock Ventures, LLC. has partnered with Forum Architecture & Interior Design, Inc.to assure that each community will have the highest level of attention to design and construction.

Forum Architecture & Interior Design Inc. is a national award winning architectural and interior design firm specializing in residential design and will be working with the Developer on an on-going basis throughout the final build-out of the community. Forum has created and designed outstanding mountain homes that compliment a variety of lifestyles, sizes and price ranges.

EagleRock Ventures has assembled a team to handle all aspects of the community development which affords each home owner a single source of contact to design, build and warranty their new home.

Norman Stoehr (Right) and Jim Black (Left) founded EagleRock Ventures LLC. as an extension and companion to their successful architectural practice. By integrating their architectural firm with EagleRock Ventures, LLC., they are able to have complete and total control of their development objectives from beginning to end. Thus, coordination and communication is able to be maximized which affords a smooth and problem free experience for every home buyer.

Norman Stoehr

Norman Stoehr has over 32 years of experience in Planning, Architecture and Interior Design. Mr. Stoehr is a licensed Architect in over 16 states, including the state of North Carolina, and a  licensed interior designer in Florida, as well as a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida. He is responsible for all aspects of design, real estate acquisition and development.

James B. Black

Jim Black has over 30 years of experience in Planning, Architecture and Construction.  Mr. Black is a licensed Architect in 16 states, a Licensed Florida building contractor also a Licensed Residential Building Contractor in North Carolin. He is responsible for all aspects of development construction.
